Yesterday, Sa Kaeo citizens thronged the house of Orapin Sangho in the Aranyaprathet district. They came to seek lottery numbers from a Shih Tzu puppy that was born with genetic disfigurements, including a trunk-like organ protruding from its forehead. The puppy also had only one eye.
The canine was apparently not the first animal that was born with such an unfortunate physique. Past reports have shown many similar cases involving pigs.
The Shih Tzu died shortly after its birth, Mthai reported.
