Sakesan Sookphimai, better known as “Sek Loso,” went on a rampage on stage in a Khon Khaen restaurant recently.
The musician destroyed his guitar, kicked an audio amplifier, and threw a microphone on stage, but denied that he was drunk or on drugs.
A video has surfaced online that shows Sek Loso terrorizing his own band’s equipment for nearly three minutes and many have speculated the he might have been under the influence of illicit substances.
Sek Loso however stated that he was only overwhelmed by the joy of his fan and wanted to channel his excitement into the destruction.
He emphasized that he was just following normal practices of western bands.
