Pae Rad Na sells the most luxurious rad na noodles in Thailand. The restaurant’s signature dish, named Poseidon Rad Na, can cost you up to THB2,000.
The dish consists of three types of noodles, Hong Kong kale, 12 New Zealand mussels, four big river prawns, four sea white prawns, a handful of squid and crabmeat and a fat lobster. The dish is large enough to feed eight people.
