Somsak Techaratanaprasert, the owner of Sahamongkol Film, has said he will take legal action against the action star Tony Jaa.
Somsak had previously threatened a lawsuit because of Jaa′s planned appearance in the upcoming Fast and Furious movie. According to Somsak, the star is still under contract with his company and he was therefore not allowed to star in any foreign film without Somsak′s approval.
Jaa has maintained that he had terminated the contract with Somsak′s company, Khaosod reported.
