Thanks to the pop snger Rihanna’s Instagraming habits, two men who exploited an endangered primate have been arrested.

The pop sensation inadvertently became a protector of wildlife when she shared a photograph of herself cuddling with a slow loris, a squirrel-like animal with big eyes that is native to Southeast Asia and is listed as a protected species.

Police confiscated two lorises from a 20-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy. Both face charges of possession of protected animals, which carries a penalty of up to four years in prison and a THB40,000 fine, the AP reported.

In a caption below the now infamous photo Rihanna exclaims, “Look who was talkin dirty to me!”
