A free ride for ghosts, demons, witches

Have costume? Will Travel! For free! Costumed revelers can shuttle across Bangkok for free tomorrow, thanks to the State Railway of Thailand.

Peerakan Kaewwongwattana, CEO of the state-owned operator, announced yesterday that all creatures of the night – or day – enjoying the Halloween spirit in costume can enjoy free, unlimited rides of the city-line airport rail link all day tomorrow. Simply contact the ticket booth, and you will be good to go, Tnews reported.

What will you be wearing for Halloween? Post your costume pics to the social media platform of your choice, add a #cocobkk tag, and we’ll include it in our coverage.

  1. The Bangkok City Line and Airport Link – the biggest mistake they ever made. Appalling to use, impossible to find your way out of cavernous stations. Makkasan to Petchaburi MRT is a joke, especially for tourists ith heavy cases.
