PHOTO ESSAY: Bangkok Marathon 2013

About 55,000 participants from 47 countries participated in yesterday’s Standard Chartered Bangkok Marathon, which included 4.5K, 10K and a 21K half-marathon in addition to the full race. About 2,300 runners participated in the full race, which brought them past landmarks such as the Grand Royal Palace, Wat Phra Keao (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) and the Chao Phraya River. The race started Sunday morning at 2am.
