Photo Essay: A Very Bangkok Christmas 2013

In Thailand, different convictions never get in the way of a good festival. Despite its Christian roots, the spirit of Christmas – particularly the shopping, gift-gifing and lights – have grown increasingly popular. In fact all you have to do is erect a stand of colorful lights, arranged in a vaguely tree or angel or snowman shape, and people will queue up to snap pictures of their friends, loved ones or selves.
