The penis-on-a-hot-girl discovery is an ancient joke to those buried in the exotic Thai culture, but it never gets tired elsewhere.
This commercial for Toctick clinic has gone viral in the West and on YouTube after it was picked up by 9GAG for the obvious reasons. First, it has a hot girl in it. Second, she has a penis. All demographics conveniently targeted in one video.
The video doesn’t need an explanation. All you need to know is the text at the end reads “If we can design men to look like this, imagine how we can design women.”
In truth our Thai female staff are skeptical about the commercial. We’re quite convinced the girl in the video is a real girl. Tell us what you think, and enjoy watching.

Why didn't the Toctick clinic consider the whole packaged of eliminating the "front tail" or changing it with a "slit"? It was not a packaged deal. It was a slow delivery of "exchanged merchandise".
