Siam Square, that mecca of youth fashion, isn’t just a popular place for teens to strut and be seen. It’s also the most expensive land in the realm.
The price of land there is about THB412,500 per square meter, more than anywhere else in Thailand, according to the Agency for Real Estate Affairs.
Most of Siam Square is owned by neighboring Chulalongkorn Unversity.
Other top-baht areas include the Chidlom and Ploenchit BTS stations.
At the other end, Lam Luk Ka Road in Bangkok’s Lam Luk Ka district has the least expensive land, at about THB625 per square meter, Thai PBS reported.
