Starting March 1, the BTS trains will launch up to 45 minutes earlier. , That means the Sukhumvit Line will head out from the Mo Chit and Bearing terminals at 5:15am while the Silom Line will depart from the National Stadium and Bang Wa terminals at 5:30am.
“As many passengers have requested that the BTS should start the service before 6am, we have decided to answer the demands and convenience our passengers,” said Surapong Loranya, director of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Co. Although the trains will run earlier, passengers who want to top up their Rabbit cards and exchange coins won’t be able to do that until 6am, as the ticketing booths will remain closed until that time. To check when the first train arrives at your nearest station, a new schedule will be posted at every BTS station, Post Today reported.
