The funny guy who spoke in a Northeastern accent in a video message to CEO of Ichitan Group landed a jackpot as he got a video response and a brand-new iPhone 5s from Mr. Tan himself.
In his original video message to Than Pssakornnatee, the man who calls himself “Boy Onetouch” had stated he kept drinking Ichitan green tea and risked everything to win a Porsche.
“I bought a case of your green tea, and guess what? These bottles were meant for the old promotion!” he proclaimed dramatically. “My family sold their cars to buy Ichitan. We possibly have diabetes, and now we need doctors!”
Maybe it was his accent and dramatic gestures, but for whatever reason the video went viral and received over 90,000 views in three days.
The message, of course, reached the CEO of Ichitan as Tan made a video response last night saying he likes Boy’s style and wants to reward him an iPhone 5s. That message received nearly 700,000 views in one day.
“I don’t know if you want it. But I wanna give you this iPhone 5s. Just fucking take it! Don’t complain. Where do you live? Contact me and use this phone to make more YouTube videos,” Tan said in his customary style. “I like you, Boy Onetouch!”
We kind of hoped Boy would get the Porsche, but just like Tan said, just freaking take it. We doubt he’ll complain after all.
