So consumed was Sanit Puengsangchan by his run for the cookies he fell off a rooftop last night while trying to steal free Wi-Fi to play his favorite smartphone game.
The 35-year-old survived falling from the roof of his four-story apartment building in Pattaya when he hit a sunshade over the first floor, breaking his right leg.
As we all know, a fall means immediate game over. Fortunately he had some hearts remaining, as he’s expected to recover.
According to his neighbors, Sanit always sits on the roof deck to enjoy his Cookie Run because it has a better Wi-Fi reception from the opposite building. After all, the game is quite slow to load without a fast connection. When locals heard the crushing sound, they rushed to the scene and found him on the sun shade. He was admitted to Banglamung Hospital, Morning News reported.
We hope that he’s back on his feet soon in time to challenge his friend’s high scores next week.
