Customs finds meth hidden inside woman’s healthy snacks

A 50-year-old woman was arrested at Phuket Airport after customs officials found two kilograms of meth hidden among her delicious and nutritious snacks.

Buachompoo Pattanapiyawatch was arrested after arriving on a flight from Hong Kong on Sunday after an X-ray of her luggage discovered speed hidden among health grains and other snacks, according to chief customs officer Prayuth Maneechote.

Buachompoo professed her innocence, saying a friend had given her the food as a gift and also paid for her airline ticket, Bangkok Post reported.
