Photographers love to discuss “process,” and that of one veteran photographer’s black and white studio work is the subject of an exhibition at RMA Institute.
For 30 years producing black and white photography in the dark has been the passion of Nico Sepe, and the exhibition, “Silver Studio,” is intended to feel like stepping into his studio.
The images are part of a socio-documentary look at the people found in familiar places such as barber shops, billiard halls, parks and junk shops as captured, of course, on black and white film. The prints of Sepe’s memories and experiences are on display until April 27 at RMA Institute.
