Grenade attacks hit newspaper, court

In two separate attacks, newspaper and court buildings were targeted last night with grenades believed fired from M79 launchers.

At around 9pm an explosion was heard at the Daily News office on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, close to its editor’s office. No harm was done except to an air conditioner, which was destroyed.

About an hour later, a second grenade exploded near protesters camped outside the Administrative Court on Chaeng Wattana Road, according to NNT.

No one was reported injured in either attack.
