The best university in Thailand is ranked a lowly 40th out of all higher education establishments in Asia, according to this year’s Asian university rankings by British based Quacquarelli Symonds.
Based on the chart released by Topuniversity.com, the only three universities to make the top 100 were, Mahidol, the self proclaimed “Wisdom of the Land,” which was crowned the best university in Thailand, followed by Chulalongkorn and Chiang Mai universities, ranked 48th and 92th in Asia respectively.
Meanwhile, first place went to National University of Singapore.
