Five productions from five recent theater grads will launch at the Take Off Festival next week.
Expect the sincerest experimental and post-modern productions from this new generation of theater grads.

“Covertal” by Kwin Bhichitkul
“The day comes when Earth is destroyed by a giant meteorite.”
An experimental theatre piece that mixes spoken play with movement techniques through the process of devised theatre.
July 10 – 13
“Not Him But Her” by Pataranun Isarankura na Ayudhya
A play about love that boldly promises to “open your eyes on the matter of love.”
July 17 – 20
“Scramble Game” by Issara Kaewmuang
Interactive movement theater with dance about competition to reach life’s finish line.
“Make-Over” by Aleena Taechasawat
A performance that asks, “Is physical beauty a necessity in our lives?”
July 24 – 27
“The Plastic Girl in the Fantastic World” by Pattareeya Puapongsakorn
A fantasy play about the tainted love between the world’s most famous plastic couple, Barbie and Ken. Ken transforms into the third-gender community’s darling doll and threatens to claim Barbie’s crown.
