It was a very special reunion of former prime ministers today.
A photo of fugitive former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra embracing an unidentified woman with a ponytail resembling deposed former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra was posted to Instagram today by Panthongtae Shinawatra, Thaksin’s eldest son.
“I’m getting a haircut, and someone sent me this photo of my father and a girl,” Panthongtae wrote.
Yingluck, Thailand’s first woman prime minister, was given permission to leave the country by the junta which took power after she was removed from power by a court in May.
It’s been speculated she was traveling to celebrate her big bro’s 65th birthday party Paris.
Looks like they found each other.
