As expected, only an hour after the post was released, it became flooded with raging moralists and naughty commentators, according to Daily News. Many pointed out that not only was the post inappropriate, it was also unlawful.
Netizens insisted that the unidentified hospital should take legal action against “Nong Bo” or undertake some measure to prevent anyone from misusing their restrooms again.
Indeed the production and distribution of “obscene” materials for the purpose of trade (such as selling or sharing online) can be punished by up to three years in jail and a fine of THB6,000.
