Among the new food trucks creeping into service is one delivering some cross-regional appeal.
Banh Mi Boy serves up a variety of Banh Mi, or Vietnamese sandwiches. Think juicy fillings on top of homemade Baguette.
Five different selections: Crispy Roast Pork, Grilled Lemongrass Pork/Chicken, Vietnamese Grilled Pork Patty, and BBQ Pork are served on a fresh roll for THB70.
It’s mostly a lunch thing, as their truck is deployed from 11am to 3pm Mondays, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays it’s out for dinner between 5:30pm and 9:30pm. There will be no Banh Mi Boy on Saturdays.
