Firefighters have been unable to get a warehouse fire under control today on Rama II Road in Bangkok.
No casualties have been reported so far in the blaze, which was sparked this afternoon in the warehouse of Thai Poly Plast Pack Co. Ltd.
The fire started inside the warehouse around 12:30pm today, and firefighters were still working to control the fire as of 3:45pm, according to JS100 radio.
Authorities evacuated residents in the area while the Health Department warned of high levels of sulfur dioxide in the area which could cause eye irritation.
