Months ago when we suggested a deep freeze was coming this winter, we didn’t really believe it either.
Whether you’re enjoying a blissful break from the heat or shaking your icy fist at the elements, dig out more fuzzy sweaters and leather wear because Bangkok’s cool weather will continue this week and possibly get even colder.
Temperatures average a breezy 24C today, but the Thai Meteorological Department predicts a big drop of up to 3 degrees Tuesday through Saturday. While three may not sound like a big number, it’s the most exciting weather variation of the year.
And it should stay dry – thundershowers are only expected in 10 percent of the area.
