Sex and ‘sparkling devices’ worry authorities this Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and with it the annual hand-wringing from authorities over all the sex young people will be having regardless of what they do or say.

Provincial governors have been ordered to monitor “entertainment venues and hotels” this Saturday for minors and prevent the sale of alcohol to underage drinkers.

All fireworks and “sparkling devices” will be banned, according to a sobering report from state media.

Concerned members of the public can report possible mischief at any time through the Damrongtham Centers’ hotline at 1567.
