Premier celebrity cat “Johnny” will make his cinematic debut leading a pack of lesser human talents next month.
The handsome brown feline plays none other than himself, a kitty celebrity, in an otherwise formulaic rom-com called “Cat A Wabb!”
In the film, Johnny accepts a starring role in a commercial spot, during which his presence and cunning helps two humans, a photographer and intern, fall in love.
Yes, Johnny will be himself in the movie because only seriously famous figures can do that, such as U.S. megastar Grumpy Cat’s turn in the titular role of “Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever” last year.
In case you don’t recognize Johnny, the 8-year-old sir with fur is notorious for dressing like disgraced bling-bling monk “Luang Pu Nen Kham,” and is also the first cat to have a bank account.
