A woman in Hua Hin was arrested for trying to help her husband’s struggling tire business bring in more customers by allegedly scattering screws on a main road.
After receiving a number of complaints about punctured tires, police decided they would investigate by going undercover as garbage men.
The undercover officers eventually spotted a woman drive by on a motorcycle and spill screws on Phra Pokkhlao Road, which leads to Hua Hin train station, according to KhaosodEnglish.
It was not revealed how long the officers worked as garbage men.
Police have charged the 36-year-old woman with damaging property.
