A floating market recently opened near the capital’s seat of power and next month a market will open selling rice and agricultural products.

A policy to appeal to Thai farmers will bring “Thai rice:  Thainess” to promote the kingdom’s agricultural products from 9am to 6pm daily starting March 5 on the road next to the Government House.

About 80 booths featuring exhibitions, retail items, cooking shows, art displays and cultural performances will be there, according to a state media report.

The March 5 opening starts at 5pm.
