Reuters picked up on our underboob report from yesterday with some choice quotes from the Ministry of Culture regarding their intent to prosecute women for taking selfies of the lower portion of their breasts.
The very nature underboob photos is transgressive because moral authorities may not be able to identify whose boobs they are, a problem the ministry admits it will face in intimidating young women to comply with its values. It worries the anonymous boobs may only encourage more women to embrace the dark side of their breasts.

“When people take these ‘underboob selfies’ no one can see their faces,” a spokesman told Reuters. “So it’s like, we don’t know who these belong to, and it encourages others to do the same.
