A Nok Air flight from Nakhon Sri Thammarat to Bangkok was cancelled this morning after a crack was found in a cockpit window.
The 170 passengers of flight DD7805 were forced to change their flight after the crack, which is thought to have happened during the aircraft’s previous landing, as safety regulations disallowed flying the plane.
Flying with an open window is possible but not advised, according to this Boeing training video.
The cause of crack is being investigated.
Some passengers reportedly used another airline or waited to catch another plane, TNN Thailand reported.
