Ten days remain to register pre-paid mobile sim cards or lose them.
Until the six-month period set for all such cards to be registered ends July 31, users can still get it done at any 7-Eleven, their carrier’s stores and offices, Big C, Tesco Lotus, Krung Thai Bank centers and more.
Before doing any of that, you can check your registration status by dialing *151#.
Looking to strengthen its policing of telecommunications activity, authorities in January gave users six months to register, saying they would then terminate service for those who failed to do so.
