Man robbed at cash deposit machine at bank in Bangkok (VIDEO)

A middle-aged man was robbed in the middle of the day at a cash deposit machine at a bank in Bang Khun Thian district last week.

A 20,000 baht reward has been offered to find the robber, who was wearing a motorbike helmet and ignored the people using the ATMs or waiting in line when he approached the man at what looks like a branch of Kasikorn bank.

In the CCTV footage, which spread online yesterday, the robber puts his arm round the victim’s neck and stands next to him for a few seconds before running away. The brazen thief escaped with THB50,000 cash.

If we could hear the woman waiting in line, who backed away slowly, she was probably saying, “Okay… this is not ma biz!”

The robber, who has yet to be identified, escaped on a motorbike with a covered license plate, Kapook reported.
