Creatives, assemble! Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC) is hosting its 9th annual “Creativities Unfold SHIFT decode : design : disrupt”. In the era of endlessly-circulating information, this year’s CU theme focuses on current economic changes our society is currently facing. The lineup features three major parts, the Creative Space Workshop, International Workshop, and International Symposium.

TCDC, has been hosting CU since 2006, allowing the aesthetically-inclined to learn from Thai and international experts about the creative processes that lead to major successes. This year’s theme takes a look at our digitally-propelled world, how we’ved moved into a technologically charged world.

CU 2015 SHIFT decode : design : disrupt will dig into this phenomenon the revolution to discuss how it influences our lifestyle and future. The International Symposium will take place on September 12 and 13 in TCDC’s Gallery 2, featuring 9 powerhouse speakers including Rich Radka, a founding partner at Claro Partners design and business innovation consulting firm, Patai Padungtin, a founder of BUILK.COM and Chairman of the Thailand Tech Startup Association, Maywa Denki founder Nobumichi Tosa, NewDealDesign President and Principal Designer Gadi Amit, and former Alibaba vice-president turned author Porter Erisman.

CU 2015 Workshops

The third element of CU 2015 SHIFT decode : design : disrupt, the Creative Space Workshops, begins on August 8 and run until September 6. There are 39 of them featuring a range of topics from crowdfunding strategies to recreating Bangrak to laminated wood bending.

Those interested in attending better apply for a ticket quickly. Spots at the workshops are already selling out and The International Symposium tickets are also going fast; consider this a public announcement to buy yours tickets ASAP.
