Two firefighters were seen being taken away on stretchers after a fire broke out at Terminal 21 shopping mall on Tuesday morning.

PPTV News reported on social media at 12.40pm that the men had to be taken away on stretchers after they were overcome by smoke.

The plumes of smoke were first seen coming from the fifth floor of the mall at around 11am.
