A mentally ill judge who previously threw a tantrum over getting a parking ticket has had another meltdown today at the Metropolitan Electricity Authority’s Bang Khen office.
The video of Court of Justice judge Chidchanok Paensuwan, 45, going on another rampage and climbing on top of chairs at a government office went viral this afternoon.
However it was unclear what she was upset about this time.
“Citizens are not guilty! I don’t care!” she yelled.
Chidchanok made headlines yesterday when a video of her having an uncontrollable tantrum at Department of Land Transport went viral, raising public concerns over her formal position as a judge.
Court of Justice spokesman Suebpong Sripongkul said yesterday Chidchanok had been diagnosed with an unspecified mental illness, and had not taken her medication before the parking ticket incident.
Although Chidchanok kept her formal position as a judge, she had been moved to an inactive post and no longer presides over trials, the spokesman said.
Suebpong said the court would investigate the parking ticket incident. Presumably they might want to look at this latest one, too.
