A Thai Airways steward’s act of kindness was captured by a passenger as he spoon-fed an elderly man who had problems eating.
The unidentified steward went above and beyond the call of duty to serve his passenger when he found out the man was unable to feed himself.
The story was shared online by another passenger, Thomas Lim, who witnessed the act of kindness during his flight on Wednesday from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur.
“Saw something that really touched me. This air steward on Thai Airways TG417 from Suvarnabhumi BKK to KLIA today fed an elderly gentlemen his meal. This elderly gentleman has problems eating by himself so this air steward helped him to eat. Very good to see kindness like this. His kindness should be applauded and praised,” Lim wrote.
In 2014, another THAI stewardess was also praised online when she was spotted mending a passenger’s pants on his flight.
