Thirty second film fest taking submissions: Super short films on the big screen in Silom

Short films are short, obviously. But this time they are going to be shorter than ever. The 30 Second Film Festival is calling for 30-second film submissions for a contest open to the public this July.

The 30 Second Film Festival is hosted by Whiteline – Silom 8, a club and creative space at Silom Soi 8. The festival will include a screening of selected films with winners to be announced after audience vote. The first-place winner will be awarded THB10,000.

Anyone can submit a film. Genres and subjects are varied, so be prepared for anything in this wide array of very short films.

For once you won’t finish your popcorn before the opening credits.

The festival is on July 15. For more details, visit The 30 Second Film Festival’s event page.
