Now you can buy bus tickets via drive-thru at Rangsit Terminal

The government-run Transport Company has opened a brand-new “Drive Thru” lane at Rangsit Bus Terminal, where passengers wishing to travel can purchase bus tickets without getting out of their cars.

Or the passengers who have cars but don’t want to drive them.

The new service, which is a pilot project, was launched on Friday and overseen by Pol. Gen. Amnat Unardngam. The drive-thru is opposite the ticket booths, reported Bangkok Post.

Rangsit Terminal, which mostly serves people traveling to Northern and Northeastern Thailand has, until now, provided tickets only at the windows and online. The new service is expected to increase profits made by the station by five percent.

The new ticket-buying drive thru will be open daily, for cars and motorcycles, from 7am until 7:30pm. Tickets can also still be purchased online here.
