Internet famous dog who waited for her owner in the same spot found dead

A loyal dog that netizens refer to as “Lost,” who had been living on a roadside in Chantaburi for the last two weeks and seemed to be waiting for her owner, was found dead on that roadside over the weekend.

The picture of her body was posted on Facebook as proof. Before, Lost, or Chao Lhong, was often found sitting on the side of Chantaburi-Trat road waiting for the owner who left her to bring her back home.

It was unclear how Lost ended up there.

As she waited there, there were kind people who would come and give her food, hoping that she would warm up to them so that they could take her somewhere safe, according to Manager.

Unfortunately, they failed to do so.

Yesterday, pictures of her covered in blood were posted on the Facebook group Chantaburi. Facebook user, Sun Patis, was the one who found her body. He wrote, “Lost is dead. Someone ran her over with a car. Can someone please come to retrieve her body?”

Many netizens added comments and condolences, while others seemed to be in denial, asking if it was really Lost.

A member of the People Who Love Dogs group has already come to take her body to be buried where she sat waiting, reported Khaosod.

News Ch7 reported, however, that members of the same group have dug up the body and given her a proper funeral at Wat Nhong Bua in Tha Mai district. They built a small pyre and placed her body on it, burning Lost and wishing that her soul will be at peace.
