Surat Thani doctor gives free medical treatment in honor of the late King

A doctor in Surat Thani is paying tribute to HM the King by giving free treatments throughout this month.

Jumpol Yokchoo, a doctor from Ban Naderm Hospital, has turned his own clinic into a charity, giving free medical care to all who need it. Dr. Jumpol recalled being deeply shocked and distressed at the news of HM the King’s passing on Oct. 13.

by Inspired HM the King’s dedication to the country, the 36-year-old doctor decided to use his medical knowledge and experience to help others without expecting anything in return.

Dr. Jumpol’s clinic is open every day. Those needing help can avail themselves of the free offer until Oct. 31, reported Thai News Bureau.

The doctor is determined to lead his life based on HM the King’s teachings.
