Grand Palace and Temple of Emerald Buddha closed through month’s end

The Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha will remain closed through the end of the month.

They will resume their regular operations on Nov. 1.

According to the Bureau of the Royal Household, the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha will stay closed through Oct. 31 to allow mourners access to pay respect to the remains of HM the King, reported Thai PBS.

Entry tickets to the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha will resume sales as usual, and the venues will have their usual operating hours, from Nov. 1.
