Phra Nakhon District Director Pramern Krairos was pronounced dead this morning after he fainted while leading district officials in the Wednesday workout, as initiated by Prayuth Chan-ocha.
Twenty minutes into the workout, Pramern collapsed and was sent to Vajira Hospital. Doctors said he suffered from a heart failure.
Pramern passed away at 7am today.
Officials who worked closely to Pramern said he had led the district officials in the exercise every week after the prime minister announced a policy for government workers to work out every Wednesday afternoon. Pramern didn’t show any signs of chronic disease, Matichon reported.
