Popular modeling show The Face Thailand kicked off its third season on Saturday by wowing the viewers with two gorgeous trans contestants.
Previously an all-female competition, The Face Thailand surprised fans last year when it opened auditions to trans women. Just as expected, “Hana,” a veteran model, and “Blossom,” the first runner-up in Miss Tiffany’s Universe 2013 pageant, were selected by two supermodel coaches to be on their teams.
Nathachat “Hana” Chanchiew, 25, previously drove the internet wild when she appeared on the audition video for The Face in August. Her exoticism and strong poses made her stand out from the crowd. It’s no surprise that she was recruited by top model Metinee “Lukkade” Kingpayom, a staple coach on The Face Thailand.
Meanwhile, Chananchida “Blossom” Rungpetcharat, 25, who was also a threat from the beginning, made it onto the team of singer and model Namthip “Bee” Jongrachatawiboon.
