Mark Frost, 70, a retired teacher and scout leader, was jailed in London for 13 concurrent life sentences yesterday for what a judge called an “appalling catalog” of sex offenses against children in Thailand, Britain and beyond.
Frost admitted to 45 sex offenses against nine children in Thailand between 2009 and 2012 and two British pupils in the 90s. The offenses include anal rape, sexual assault and inciting sexual activity with a child under 13. His victims were aged between 10 and 15.
He had previously pleaded guilty to 22 counts of sexual abuse against boys in Thailand
According to The Sun, Frost was a child abuser for many decades and has been jailed twice before for sex offenses, the first time in 1998. He was a member of PIE (Paedophile Information Exchange), a pedophile organization that campaigned to legalize incest and lower the age of sexual consent to ten years old in the 70s and 80s.
Despite these atrocities, he was able to adopt a male child in 1986, according to Elite Daily. The two men are now estranged. The adopted son was present in the London court for the sentencing and a probe has been opened to look into how he was allowed to adopt a child, reported The Sun
Apparently, after serving his first jail term for sex crimes, Frost went on to abuse children in Sweden, France, Spain and the Netherlands. After serving another short jail term for the same kind of offenses, he moved to Southeast Asia.
He lived in Thailand from 2008 and 2013 and was known for luring boys to his house to eat, swim and play video games before he would rape and beat them and film the abuse to share with other pedos.
At his trial, the court heard about the aftermath of some of his abuse in the lives of the boys that he victimized.
One of the victims said that he lived his life in fear and couldn’t walk by Frost’s old home. With his Thai victims, Frost often filmed the abuse to share with other pedos and often beat the boys, reported The Guardian. One mom of a victim testified that her son’s personality changed completely after Frost entered their lives.
The pedophile was arrested in 2016 in Spain in a case that included Thai, Dutch and Spanish police. There is still a warrant out for his arrest in Thailand.
