Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University has conducted a poll about what people are doing this New Year’s and, according those surveyed, it looks the Wats are going to be more hoppin’ than the clubs, come next Tuesday night.

The Bangkok Post reports that of the 1,124 people surveyed, 57.3% said they would be spending New Year’s in overnight prayers at one of Bangkok’s temples, whereas only 32% announced plans to head out to the clubs, and 10.7% said they were staying home (lame).

We here at Coconuts Bangkok were banking on the world ending this past Friday, and therefore have no plans of any kind for the foreseeable future.
