A 17-year-old polytechnic student was found dead in Bang Sue yesterday, the victim of multiple stab wounds.
The student was stabbed three times, twice in his back and once in the back of his head, in an incident that took place on Pracharat Road in Bang Sue area. Officers at the Tao Poon Police Station are investigating the case.
INN reported that the victim, Veerapat Kodchada, 17, was drinking with two friends at a restaurant before he engaged in a fight with five local youngsters. Veerapat attempted to escape the fight on foot, but ran into a dead end street, where he was slain.
The police have sent all evidence found at the site of the crime, including a bottle grenade, to forensics investigators. They also contacted the Tao Poon community’s head in an effort to track down the group of criminals.
