Muay Thai legend Buakaw Por Pramuk has gone missing from his training camp, his manager Teerapat Rojanatan said today March 9.
Buakaw, who won last year’s welterweight Thai Fight grand final, disappeared along with his new BMW sedan on March 1, his manager said.
“Buakaw has never acted like this before, and as for the money issue, I’ve never left him unpaid. I always paid him. I want him back quickly. His disappearance will hurt him in the end because I’ve cancelled many of his events,” Teerapat told the Bangkok Post.
Buakaw gained publicity in the US for utterly dominating a banana tree on a video clip that went viral on website World Star Hip-Hop.
