Arts and community organisations will occupy revamped Leisure Park Kallang

Three Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWO) and one Arts Institution of a Public Character (IPC) will occupy the revamped Leisure Park Kallang.

Breast Cancer Foundation Singapore, Life Community Services Society and TOUCH Community Services, collectively occupying approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of the Mall’s Level 4, will save on rental costs and be closer to their beneficiaries under the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) Community and Sports Facilities Scheme (CSFS) that is administered by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).

In addition to the three VWOs, leading theatre company and IPC, W!LD RICE, will also relocate their main operations to this Level 4 community space at Leisure Park Kallang. The 6,000 sq. ft. of new space will be dedicated to rehearsal areas, production and administration offices, and a black box theatre.

The inclusion of the CSFS is just the first phase of Leisure Park Kallang’s $23 million enhancement works, which also includes the creation of additional retail space, scheduled for completion by the third quarter of this year.

Leisure Park Kallang will remain open throughout the various phases of renovations. Shoppers requiring assistance with directions can go to the information counter on Level One.
