‘God of Death’ campaigns for road safety in Ayutthaya

First it was a coffin, but that wasn’t enough to discourage unsafe road habits.

 

So now Death himself has come.

A parade led by “Yama,” the Buddhist god of death, and his assistants stood watch over a road in front of the Ayutthaya Government Complex this morning to warn citizens to drive responsibly during the holidays.
