In a stunning development today, the Department of Livestock Development, Dairy Farming Promotion Organization and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations announced they are “gearing up” for World Milk Day on June 1.
Peddling long discredited dairy marketing, the event is themed “Milk: Nutritious Food since Ancient Times” and visitors will be blown away by what’s in store: an edutainment exhibition on milk production, music shows by “popular artists,” dairy products (duh), and vendors selling “healthy products selected by local dairy producers.”
