The pre-op transsexual seen with a monk doing inexplicable things to her boobs came out to defend the master monk after a viral photo was criticised online as inappropriate.
The figure in the photo, only identified as “Thanradaporn,” told the press yesterday she still has the body of a man and only had Luang Pu Wankai Panthasaro write mystic symbols on her chest for a blessing, meaning the monk did not technically violate any rules or taboos about touching women.
“I didn’t expect people to share the photo and assume that I’m a woman,” Thanradaporn said. “I’m still a man, and I haven’t had a sex-change operation or breast implants. I feel that I’ve damaged the monk’s reputation.”
Thanradaporn added her family invited Luang Pu Wankai, a famous Cambodian monk, for a religious ceremony at their Bangkok home last Monday. He blessed the men by inscribing arcane sigils on their chests, but for the women, he would write the magic messages on their forehead instead.
Thanradaporn will file a police report and declare her innocence to the National Office of Buddhism, Morning News reported.
